Was shocked to hear about June's passing a short time ago. So sorry I didn't know in time to attend the wake and funeral. She was one of the sweetest people. I got to know her as she was married to someone we worked with at the Mill. Ray was a funny, jovial, guy and to work with him was a joy. He was also our Union President and a really great guy. From the moment he introduced me to his wife June, I realized he had found a perfect mate. Meeting her often at Walmart was always a joy and her twin sister Jane was always with her. Deepest condolences to both their daughters who meant the world to them, as well as to june's twin sister Jane who you never saw one without the other. Rest in peace with the angels dear June.

My deepest sympathy to all of June's family. I only moved here a little over three years ago and only knew June for about two years, but in that time, she showed me nothing but kindness, in short supply in the world today. From the first day I sat down by the water with June and her "crew" she made me feel accepted and at home. I was instantly drawn to her warm smile and her kind heart. She always listened to me babble on and always cared. I will miss her.

Dear Murphy and Rankin families: My heart is so heavy hearing this sad news. I don't know June or Jane that well but just used to seeing them around town for many years and we would always stop and say hello. These sisters were so sweet and I never ever saw them without a smile and rarely ever saw one without the other. Wish I could take your pain and hurt away. Jim and I will pray that God will give you the faith and strength to carry you through the rough days and weeks ahead. We are here if we can be of any help at all. Please accept our deepest and most sincere condolences on this heart breaking passing of June. May her soul rest in peace. God Bless each and every one;

Sad to learn of June's passing, a transition to a higher place. My thoughts and prayers to the daughters, of whom she was so proud. A special prayer for Jane and all the family. June was a valuable employee for many years in my parents restaurant. The summer waterfront will be missing the smile and a gentle soul, always up for some conversation. Raspy will welcome her , together again.

As a past neighbor, I remember babysitting for June and Ray when I was a teenager. She was a beautiful mom and I have great memories of the family. I will miss seeing her around town especially on the waterfront on warm summer nights. Every time I would run into June she always seemed happy to see me and chat. That always made my day. My condolences to Devin, Jaclyn and families and her siblings at this difficult time.
