Dear Family,
We were dismayed when Mum and Dad shared the news of Billy's passing. Although distance prevents us from being with you all in your grief, please know that we have been and will continue to pray that Billy will rest in peace and you all may have the hope of heaven.I will remember Billy"s smile, laughter and kindness.
