I was in the Pictou Rotary club with Ted for 17 years. There is an old saying that if you want something done, ask a busy person to do it. During my two terms as President, Ted was my " go to " person for advice, committee leadership, etc. Ted was everything that his obituary said, and then some ! Condolences to Penny and family.
