James Howard Miller, age 83 of Charlottetown and formerly of Pictou, passed away at home Tuesday May 29, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Jean (Hawkins); dear father of James (Mary), Lorna Pansegrau (Wolfgang), Reid, Linda (Ed), Alan, Douglas (Wendy), Lois Stevenson (Mark), David and Daniel. He will be lovingly remembered by 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Elizabeth Baillie (Jack, deceased), Scotsburn and Jane Fraser (Munroe), Pictou; numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, James and Mary (Clarke) Miller of Pictou, he was also predeceased by brothers, Donald (Muriel) and David. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, Charlottetown, from where a private memorial service will be held. Interment in New Dominion United Church Cemetery. No visitation by request. Flowers gratefully declined.
