Hugs for Bonnie’s loved ones. I have not seen Bonnie in many, many years but can clearly remember her smile. We spent many hours swimming off the ferry wharf with the MacMasters and the MacKiels. Those were special days!

I am so very saddened to read of Bonnie's passing. When I started my first full time job at Fred C Morrison Ltd in 1968, Bonnie took me under her wing. We became very good friends, keeping in touch after I left Morrisons for Scotia Oxygen. In 1971 I was married and was transferred 7 times in the next 6 1/2 years through my husband's work. We lost touch. Recently I have been searching social media to see if I could find her. Bonnie was the best, we both shared an incredible love for animals and children. Gayle, I felt like I knew you as well. She was always so proud of you and your boys. To all of Bonnie's family and friends, both Havelock and I are incredibly sorry for your loss. Bonnie was a great walker and person to share stories with. When I was her neighbour we walked every day to the ferry wharf and then to the park. She certainly kept me going while I lived in Caribou. She would leave a can of tuna opened outside for any farrow cat to have. So kind.

So sad to hear Bonnie is gone. Our sincere sympathy to Janice, Gayle and families. When we were living in Pictou, we spent many Sunday afternoon visits at the Davidson house. Always lots of food and fun with the girls. We would play in their bedroom which we remember was decorated with frilly bedding – even had a dresser that looked like a makeup area! So fun – and then the dolls! We often came home with a bag of hand me down clothes which was pretty exciting to us Murray girls.
Bonnie was always so fun, happy and outgoing. She had the greatest smile!
Throughout the years we saw Bonnie when the cousins would get together. Just this past summer we were so grateful that she was there for another reunion. She was her happy, smiling self, enjoying some wine and chatting with us.
A wonderful lady, who never stopped smiling and having fun.
We will miss her very much.
Cousins, Gwen, Carol, Marcia and Marilyn (Murray)

A sad day in Caribou, we have lost a great, kind and loving soul. Bonnie always was walking for exercise and would stop for hugs if she saw me outside. My words do not express near the depth of this lady's kind nature. A new angel has her wings. My Condolence to Gayle and Janice if there is anything you need from us please just email or call.

Bonnie was a beautiful lady inside and out. Always a smile and a laugh. I remember when I was a child I thought she was like Mary Tyler Moore. She was a gem and her light will be missed by many.

Bonnie was such a wonderful soul and one I thought of as a friend. I remember the fun old days on the school bus while attending West Pictou. As previously mentioned elsewhere, her smile was contagious and would provide enough light for any room. RIP Bonnie, keep smiling and rest easy,
