CASEY, Michael E. Pictou CASEY, Michael Edward of Pictou, passed away peacefully February 13, 2023 at the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born September 26, 1945 he was a son of the late Helen Casey. Mike was an avid New York Yankees and Montreal Canadians fan. He will be greatly missed by family, friends and his three cats, Babe, Panda and the little one. He is survived by his brother, Raymond; many aunts, cousins and friends in Nova Scotia as well as Ontario. Funeral will be held 1PM Saturday at McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou with Father Peter MacDonald officiating. Burial will take place at Stella Maris Cemetery in the spring. Donations in Mike’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
