The Langille Clan;
My deepest Sympathy on the loss of your Dad & Grandfather. Bob was one of Pictou's finest ,with a ready smile,a great laugh ,but most of all a great example to many of the areas youth as a loyal & dedicated hockey Coach & supporter of the Hector Arena..In fact he even coached many of us in Oldtimers Hockey.We sure did enjoy his words of wisdom & friendship.May he rest in peace.

Vince and I are so saddened to hear of Bob passing. He was one of the best men ever and he so respected by all who knew him. Vince loved having him as a coach and a friend. He will always be remembered for his quick wit, story telling and dedication to his family. Due to health reasons we are unable to attend but please know our prayers are with the family. You had a super dad and cherish your wonderful memories. God Bless

To the Langille Family: So sad to hear the news of Bob passing on. Like many kids growing up in town and having the chance to play hockey for him it was a ride like no other. Couldn't wait to get to the rink....that's where the fun started. No coach courses or various degrees of motivational techniques would hold a candle to what would flow out of Bob. If there was good in you...he would find it. If you were down.....he'd pick you up. If he knew what you were doing Friday night..he'd let you know ( then wink at the other lads ). If you struggled in some way....he'd have you thinking about the value of your other skills. The man had a Swiss army knife of self esteem builders that pulled you in to the atmosphere he created. An environment that was respectful, entertaining, safe, and one heck of a lot of fun. Thanks for the memories Bob. You will be dearly missed.
