Obituary of Audrey Corenne Sutherland

SUTHERLAND, Audrey C. Scotsburn SUTHERLAND, Audrey Corenne - 74, of Scotsburn, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Friday, July 15, 2022 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Pictou County she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Anna (Murray) Peckham. Audrey was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, and sister. Audrey cherished spending time with her family and she will be deeply missed by all that knew her. Survived by her sons, Dale (Rhonda), Hubbards; Ryan (Julie), Hammonds Plains; grandchildren, Zachary, Zoey, Rylie and Reece; beloved nieces, Tracey (Todd) Polley, Pictou Landing; April Weston, New Glasgow; sister, Shelia Peckham, Dartmouth; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Ralph; brother, Ralph Peckham; sister, Karen Weston. A funeral service will be held 11 am Thursday, July 21st in the Burns Memorial Presbyterian Church, West Branch, with Rev. Dr. Glen Matheson officiating. A private family burial will follow in the West Branch Cemetery. Donations in Audrey’s memory may be made to the Burns Memorial Presbyterian Church or the Aberdeen Palliative Care Society.
