Susan and I are deeply saddened by Blair's death. We heard about it when we attended worship at Bethel on June 19.
Blair was a good friend, a faithful church member and choir member. We have several pieces of furniture Blair made for us and we cherish them. We wish he could make two more lawn chairs for us.

Dear Janet, Robert and Family;
We are so saddened, and yet relieved, that Blair has left us for greener pastures. I'm willing to bet that he, Russell and Dad are in the choir up above and having a great time singing their hearts out. And he can remember ALL OF THE WORDS like he and Russell and Dad were never able to do here. We are relieved because not only is he in the "better place" but because now the whole family can concentrate on those wonderful memories of the past, of a whole lifetime of vintage Blair. He really was a great guy and we will ALL miss him terribly. Please don't hesitate to drop by the house for a cup of tea and perhaps a little reminiscing. Hope to see you in church again soon. :0)

Janet, Gail, Rob and family, my sincere condolences to you all. Patsy and I are so sorry to hear of Blair's passing, our hearts and love go out to you. Gail and I talked about our fathers constantly; I felt like I met Blair many times. The stories about Blair were so entertaining, we laughed so much and shared great memories!! Spending time with Gail, Chris, Jami and Cassie it is so evident that Blair and Janet raised a wonderful family; he was a great father and will be missed.

Dear MacLeod Family,
You were our neighbours and our friends. When I was in grade primary and Blair was one of the older boys at Elmfield school he would give me a ride to school on the crossbar of his bike. He would push the bike up the steepest hill, and not even suggest that I might like to walk, but push me on the bike. He a great sense of humour and his laugh was contagious. Blair was always the same- kind and caring. Our sincere sympathy to Janet, Evelyn, Elna and his family, he'll never be forgotten.

Janet, so sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I have such fond memories of singing in Bethel Choir with Blair. He had such a beautiful singing voice and gave so much to the choir and the church.
