So sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing. The wharf will never be the same without him. I remember Jimmy being at the wharf when I was a teenager. I got to know him and over the years my children and most recently my grandson had a lesson from Jimmy Fish. I had so many laughs with Jimmy that there would be too many to mention. I will miss the wharf and local fishing reports when I stopped by to see him. Rest in peace, James Clough, Esquire.

so sorry to hear about Jimmy, He was a great guy who loved fishing so I hope there is fishing in Heaven, He is with his other Family members and Friends that were called home before him. Hope God gives his Son ,Sisters ,Brothers and Grandchildren and others in his life the Strength they will need at this difficult time. Won't be able to go to service due to health problems. God Bless u all, he was also my cousin as his family too . <3

Your loss is felt through out Pictou.
Your dad was a staple at Pair c and was always there to help others wheither it be bait or some hooks, it didn't matter if you needed it and Jim had it , it was your.
Some days fishing would be slow but if Jim Was around, they'd be stories and laughter.
He will be truley missed.

So sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I am away and cannot attend Jim's wake and funeral. I got to know Jim quite well over the last few years fishing on Pier C. He gave me lots of helpful fishing advise but beyond that was a pleasure to chat with and always informed on local issues and had a very witty, cynical take on things that was usually far more right than wrong. He will be missed by many especially all the Pier C fishing crowd as he was well very known figure there and liked by all. It just won't be the same!
