LITTLER, Debora B.
Pictou
May 1, 1960 - October 27, 2021
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our mother Debora Belle Littler on October 27, 2021 at the age of 61. Born in Pictou, she was a daughter of the late Murray Littler and Mary Lou Robinson. Besides her parents she was predeceased by brothers, Robert and Murray and step mother, Mary Spence. She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Terri (Roy) Murray, Pamela (Mike) Hendsbee, Audriana (Chris) Parsons; her grandchildren who were the absolute lights of her life, Madison, Sydney, Chloe, Layla, Camden, Evan and Jack. She will be fondly remembered by her siblings, Cindy (Bayne) Barkhouse, June (Don) Hill, John (Lori) Littler, Melody (Darrell) Fraser; sisters-in-law, Cindy Littler, Merlita Belarmino; step father, Kenneth McAloney; many nieces and nephews; ex-husband, Eric (Leanne) Parsons; as well as dear friends, Tommy and Debbie, and many others. Debbie was a hard worker and had many jobs over the years but it was in her soul to be a caretaker. Her long career as an RCW brought her the most joy. She loved nothing more than to bring a smile to a residents face. She will be forever missed and remembered as a proud and loving mother, the best ‘nanny’ her grandchildren could imagine, sister and friend to many. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held Monday from 6-8 PM at McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou. COVID-19 restrictions will be in place. Masks will be mandatory and proof of dual vaccination required. A family service will be held in Stella Maris Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donation in Debbie’s memory may be made to the Marguerite Centre 3178 St. Margarets Bay Rd., Timberlea, NS B3T 1J1.
