Obituary of David Alexander Morrison

MORRISON, David A. Pictou MORRISON, David Alexander -86, of Chestnut Street, Pictou, passed away suddenly June 9, 2021 at home. Born in Pictou, he was a son of the late Alexander and Catherine (Bonvie) Morrison. Surviving are daughter, Susan, British Columbia; sons, Sandy, Alberta; and Kenny (Bernadette), Pictou; grandchildren, Niki Laible, Carrie Hatfield, Juston Morrison, David and Brad Morrison; step-granddaughter, Jami-Leigh Bishop; several great-grandchildren; sister, Eva MacKaracher, Bayview. Dave was predeceased by his wife, Betty; grandsons, Sean and Jason Morrison, step-grandson, Justin Green; sister, Bubbles; and brothers, George and Pete. A private family graveside service will be held in the Seaview Cemetery, with Rev. Mary-Beth Moriarity officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the V.O.N. or the SPCA.
