I'll miss Libby very much. She, without fail, called me on my birthday every year since working together in Dartmouth, decades ago. We always had a great catch-up, lots of reminiscences, lots of laughs.
Last time I saw Libby she was taking biscuits out of her oven. Best biscuits I've ever eaten. She loved her family, her cat, her husband. She had a great sense of humour and was so fun to work with. I'm so sorry she's passed without seeing her again sooner. I'll miss Libby.

I remember the pleasure of meeting Libby for the first time. It is a special memory from the provincial election campaign in the fall of 2013. In the intervening years, it was always a pleasure to enjoy her company and a great conversation either on the phone or when we met at various functions. She and Bob were a wonderful couple and a joy to be with at any time. My sincere condolences to Libby's Family. I can appreciate your loss.

Dear Libbie Crowe: Covid-19 is a major factor in the death of Libbie; a lady who had such a ready laugh. Because She was unable to be with anyone from her beloved family, or her long list of friends. These people were her life.. How sad everyone must be to have lost her and were unable to say goodbye, especially when she became very ill. Even I could not get to her because of being in quarantine due to a medical trip to Halifax which I did on the 17th. I was shocked to hear of her passing. She will be missed by so many. My sympathy goes to you all,
I have made a donation in Libbie’s memory to theNS Food Bank. I hope to find a way to send the electronic gift card to you
Many Blessings,
Janet Stalker

I loved her and think she was so kind and a loving lady. In the 90’s Libby had xmas dinner at my daughters (Dolly) and we had so many laughs, also came to my house with Flossy one time, I don’t have to tell you how many jokes were told... my mother Shirley Hooper will miss her telephone calls that the shared on a daily basis. gone but not for gotten, forever in our hearts.
