I was shocked to hear of Guys passing. I worked alongside him as a machinist at Michelin Tire. After he left Michelin I lost track of him and did not see him for many years. He was always cheerful and with that came a broad smile. I extend my sympathy to his wife and family. I know he will be sadly missed.

Mrs. Wiseman & Family:
We are very saddened to hear of Guy's death. Firstly, let me tell you that Guy and his friends came to our farm to hunt geese every fall. I called him last Friday to ask when he was coming this fall to hunt geese. He told me he would get back to me in a day or two. That is how fragile life is. We spoke about him being in Newfoundland and his last words were that he would bring us some fish when he came. We always enjoyed his visits very much and he told me about loving the beef we sold him. He loved the hamburger fried up with onions and mushrooms!
Once again our deepest sympathy. He was truly an interesting and very talkative individual who loved to share stories and will be dearly missed. We will sure miss his friendly smile and hearty laughter and when I see the geese I hope his spirit is soaring high with them.

Sorry to hear of Guy's passing. While I did not know him well, I have very fond and distinct memories of Guy up behind the school playing men's soccer, and allowing us annoying kids to always play with the men. He always played full back, and would hammer the ball up the field, and usually was smiling or laughing. He had a warm presence and I am sure his family will miss him dearly. All the best.
